March 6 Indian liquor tycoon Vijay Mallya is very pleased with his purchase of a set of Mahatma Gandhi's personal belongings including Gandhiji's watch, steel-rimmed eyeglasses, sandals, results of his blood test from Irwin Hospital in New Delhi , a brass bowl and a plate.as he is bringing the national heritage home.
